An Excellent Sstay

My wife and I had an excellent 5-night stay at the Hotel Erzherzog Rainer. Although we visit Vienna with some regularity, this was our first visit to this hotel. We were not disappointed. Breakfast was always a pleasure, and of a standard that we have come to expect of the better hotels in Vienna. Staff were very pleasant and strove to be helpful. Our room was not large, but perfectly serviceable; everything worked, and although we didn’t need it, the room was equipped with a new air conditioning unit. We found it to be very quiet at night, and easy to sleep with a comfortable bed. We found the hotel’s location in Wieden to be very convenient - just a short walk to the Taubstummengasse stop on the U1, and an easy walk to Karlsplatz and the Staatsoper, the Musikverein, and other cultural locations in the Innere Stadt. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience at the Erzherzog Rainer, and hope to return there on our next trip to Vienna.

We stayed 5 nights. Could not have made a better choice. Beautifully kept with a friendly and attentive staff, and location is ideal adjacent to metro. Look forward to returning at first opportunity.

The room was totally silent and the bed was very good - not too soft. The staff was very kind and I enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The neighborhood Wieden was also very nice. Cafes and restaurants and short walk to metro station or to the museums.

Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Erzherzog Rainer We had the most enjoyable trip The hotel is so clean and charming The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious We will definitely return to a beautiful Vienna From the Boland Family in Ireland Regards Ronan

Wonderful stay. Very colsely to the center and main attractions. Excellent breakfast, confortable rooms and facilities, as well as fiendly staff, from the the receptionists to the waiters. A perfect stay in a beautiful city. Enjoy also the possibility to have lunch or dinner with local cusine.
